This coffee is characterised by its natural decaffeination process.
It is decaffeinated in origin by means of a natural process using ethyl acetate, a product derived from sugar cane.
The result is a decaffeinated coffee with a gentle flavour, intense aroma, and a low caffeine content in the cup (decaffeinated to 98.5%).
